Take Care of the Uninsured!

1. We want government vouchers for those that cannot afford to buy health care insurance. These vouchers will be used to purchase the health care insurance that they need from their choice of private providers. No new government bureaucracy will be needed to carry this out. It can be handled by the current bureaucracy. This can be accomplished with a piece of legislation that is only 5 pages long!

   Note: If the government truly wanted to have every individual insured, this would have already been done. The cost is pennies on the dollar compared to the current bill they are trying to shove down our throats. This exposes the truth that they are not really interested in insuring the uninsured. What they are interested in is accumulating more power and wealth for themselves!

   Lower Insurance Rates!

2. We want there to be true competition between the insurance companies. This can be accomplished by eliminating the government imposed barriers that keep insurance companies from marketing their products in all 50 states. Once again, no new government bureaucracy is needed. And once again, this can be accomplished with a piece of legislation that is only 5 pages long!

   Note: The insurance companies are operating on an average 2% profit margin. As a result, even with increased competition between insurance companies, rates will not come down much without lowering the costs of medical care. Creating a government option insurance plan will not lower rates from private insurance companies because there is no room for them to lower them. The current legislation is designed to put the insurance companies out of business. While the government is insisting on lower rates, it is also increasing the cost of medicine by adding new taxes on the medical industry. This exposes the truth that they are not really interested in lowering insurance rates. Once again, what they are interested in is accumulating more power and wealth for themselves!

   Lower Medical Costs!

3. We want major Tort reform. This will lower medical costs, which in turn will lower insurance costs. Once again, no new government bureaucracy is needed. And once again, this can be accomplished with a piece of legislation that is only 5 pages long!

   The only reason there has not been major Tort reform is because the Washington politicians are, in one way or another, being paid off by the lawyers' K Street lobbyists. This administration said they would get rid of the lobbyists, but, in fact, their numbers have grown and prospered under this administration. The Washington politicians are getting fatter, wealthier, and more arrogant by the minute. We want it to STOP! NOW! MAJOR TORT REFORM NOW!

4. We want English to be made the official language of the United States. This will lower both medical and insurance costs in as forms will only need to be printed in English. Once again, no new government bureaucracy is needed. And once again, this can be accomplished with a piece of legislation that is only 5 pages long!

   The current legislation spends tons of money on diversity training. This does nothing to lower medical costs. In fact, it actually increases medical costs, once again exposing the truth that this legislation is not about lowering medical costs, lowering insurance premiums or insuring the uninsured. Once again, it is about accumulating more power and wealth for themselves!

   Multi-culturalism will kill us. It is the policy of divide and conquer. That is what our politicians are really doing to us. They are dividing us and destroying us. They do not have our best interests at heart; they are only interested in their personal power and wealth. If we are to have Czars, instead of a multi-cultural Czar, we should have a Unity Czar. It is time that we embrace and promote our shared American culture. Only when we are all Americans, and not a hyphenated this or that, will we truly overcome any and all prejudice. This can only be done by actively promoting our shared and unique American culture.

   The elite Washington politicians would have you believe that we are being prejudice and discriminatory when we promote English as the official language of the United States. The truth is, they are the ones with prejudice. They do not believe that the Spanish speaking people are capable of adapting to English and the American way of life. Being without prejudice, we believe that our Spanish speaking brothers and sisters are just as capable of learning English and adapting to the American way of life as the Italians, Germans, Hungarians, etc. that came here before they did.

5. We want the elimination of any kind of government taxes on insurance companies and health industry companies. Companies do not pay taxes; people do. The taxes are just added into the cost of doing business and passed on to us, the consumer, in the fees that they need to charge us in order to stay in business. Corporate taxes are the most regressive taxes there are; they hit lower income people much harder than upper income people. If the government is really concerned about the lower income people, they would eliminate all corporate taxes. The result would be an economic boom time the likes of which have never before been seen in this country. Once again, no new government bureaucracy is needed. And once again, this can be accomplished with a piece of legislation that is only 5 pages long!

   The current plan will ultimately put all of these insurance companies out of business, so the taxes collected from them will disappear. No mention has been made about how this revenue will be replaced at a time when the politicians are growing the government and shrinking the economy with their socialist, anti-business policies. When you keep the government the same size or shrink it and grow the economy, the lost corporate taxes will be more than made up for by the taxes collected from the ensuing wealthier population. The reason this has not been done is because it eliminates the need for K Street Lobbyists and the under the table money that they hand out. The politicians are totally interested in their personal power and wealth, not the good of the country. Ever wonder how all these so-called public servants became multi-millionaires? It is through the lobbyists that are more popular than ever. While talking about getting rid of their influence, the influence of K Street Lobbyists has actually grown significantly under the current administration. So once again the pattern reveals itself. What the politicians are really interested in is accumulating more power and wealth for themselves!

6. Seal the borders. The legislation for this is already done. All we have to do is Get-R-Done! We can put a man on the moon; we can seal the borders! We build walls all over the place along the interstates to keep noise out of communities. We can build the same kind of wall the whole length of the border. Use the stimulus money to Get-R-Done! If we put our mind to it, it could be done in a year.

   The result of sealing the border is that essentially NO ILLEGALS would be coming into the country. This would result in a lower demand being put on our health care systems which in turn would result in lower costs to maintain them.

   After the borders are sealed, we can have a discussion on what to do about those that are already here. What we have to do first is to stop any more illegals from entering the country. This will also go a long way to stopping the drug trade and the associated violence that is spilling over our borders as a result of it. This in turn will lower our medical costs.

   All Insured - Lower Insurance Rates and Medical Costs for All

   Doing the above six items will result in every American Citizen that wants to have health care insurance having it at the lowest cost possible. Problem solved! All six can be accomplished with legislation that is five or less pages in length and without any increase in the federal government’s bureaucracy.

   OK, you Washington politicians, you now know what we the people of this country actually want – now Get-R-Done!

   One More Item

7. Make our VA and Military Hospitals world class. Show us that the government is actually up to the task of handling at least this portion of the country’s medical system. As it stands now, it is an abysmal failure. Remember all of the reports about the terrible conditions our wounded soldiers were being subjected to in the military hospitals during the George Bush administration. Did they all of a sudden over night become world class? We think not. You Washington politicians think you can run the whole health care system better than the private sector, how about just taking care of what you are supposed to be taking care of, but haven’t. It is time for you Washington politicians to get off your high horses and Get-R-Done, make our Military and VA Hospitals the best in the world. Do it!

What We Expect the Washington Politicians to Actually Do

We thoroughly expect the Washington politicians to react to this by a name calling, ridiculing, destroy the messenger type of campaign. What they will not do is debate the actual issues because the truth and facts are on our side. They cannot win by debating the facts. They will say that we are too simplistic and the things are way more complicated, way beyond our ability to understand. Here are a couple of old sayings that have been around for ages that sums up what they are up to:

The Washington politicians are in reality simple minded people that are taking the simple and making it complicated. They are below average people that cannot debate the facts and resort to denigration of the opposition. They are not able to dazzle us with their facts and intellect, so they are desperately trying to buffalo us with their Bull S___! This is the typical Washington politician. They are arrogant, simple minded people more interested in themselves than in what is best for the country.

What Can You Do

1. Print out the attached word document and mail it to your Congressman and Senators demanding that they vote "NO" on Health Care Reform.

2. Share this online with all of your friends.

3. Join together with others in your community and take out a full page advertisement in your local newspaper using the attached PDF file for the content. These will reach outside of the choir, so-to-speak. We need to reach as many people as possible as quickly as possible. Together we will win. All the money in the world will not overcome the truth once the truth is out there.
